your experiences with the Benq 4824P CDRW?

I gave an Apoen 48x12x48 CDRW to a friend. It gave him a bit of trouble, so he exchanged it at OfficeMax. Turns out the exchange is a Benq 4824P, a 48x24x48x CDRW.

Anyone have any feedback on this model - good or bad?

I personaly have had bad experiences with Benq drives, and don't think they are very good quality. Just my personal opinion.
