New CDSpeed version, 1.02e

Some of you may recall the discussions about problems with CDSpeed and NVIDIA motherboards. ErikDeppe dropped in at CDFreaks today and posted an update for CDSpeed here:

this fixes the Scandisc glitch where all yellow sectors are shown.
