mpegs on DVD

Postby muse on Sun Mar 14, 2004 4:13 pm

am I missing something here?

I have a sony dvd player....
plays everything....

but I THOUGHT I could record mpgs.... mp3 standard...
on a dvd....like a cd-r.
and play them.....

of course the computer/mp3 players play them...........

i used nero.. and ir has an option to record mp3s onto dvds.
why does this NOT WORK?

ONE THING I have not reied is bitsetting... to make the dvd a dvd-rom

CAN THE MP3s BE RECORDED DIRECTLY OR IN FOLDERS ONTO A DVD AND PLAY ON DVD PLAYERS THAT 'SEE' MP3s (AS THEY DO ON CD-Rs?

thanks

About 50% of DVD players support MP3 on DVD,mostly newer models.Go to www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers to find compatibility.
