HyperX Overclocking

How far have you overclocked your HyperX memory?
Can PC 2700 reach PC 3200

its all in the motherboard, sometimes it can come down to bumping the voltage core of the memory slots

good place to see how a certain model of memory overclocks is reading the reviews for it at neoseeker.com

Depends. You'll need to relax the timings and up the voltage of the RAM. I went through about 8 brands of RAM for my current motherboard. HyperX was the worst of the bunch when it came to overclocking.
RIG:
P4 2.6C, Thermalright SP94/Panaflo 92MM M1A, IC7 Max3, Swifty MCX159, 1GB Geil PC4000 Ultra Plat, Radeon 8500, Audigy 2, 2X WD Raptor RAID 0, WD 250GB SE, Plex 708A, 166SDVD, LianLi PC75, XP Pro.

HyperX overclocking

If both are operated at rated speeds (no overclocking) and are same size then which is better?

HyperX Overclock

Postby bimbla on Tue Aug 17, 2004 9:23 pm

Thank you Hoxland. I will go as per your experience and buy HyperX.

PC2700, if I mentally can prepare myself to overclock. PC3200 if I just want to plug and play.

But HyperX it will be.

Thanks again.
