Funny, that's exactly what I was doing when I saw your message. Should I install the new update, or shouldn't I... ?

The last time I applied a Nero update, my serial number got rejected and it took weeks to resolve the issue. Now I wait for a few days and check around to see if there are any issues...

It's unfortunate: When I was using Nero 5 and 5.5, I never gave a second thought to applying updates. The thing was rock solid. I sense that Nero 6.x is still pretty solid, but many of the associated apps that get installed along with Nero seem <polite> unpolished </polite> :(

Just my $0.02
