why did you add another fan?
The 120mm fan is used to intake air from the front with door open or vents from the front and to directly cool the hard drives. With the P180, you have a lower HDD cage and an upper HDD cage. The upper HDD cage allows an additional 120mm fan.
what kind of fan is it?
I optioned to use an Antec Pro Series 120mm case fan with double ball-bearing.
what motherboard and PSU do you use?
Motherboard is Gigabyte GA81955X Royal with Pentium D 830 (Scythe Katana CPU cooler) and power supply is Antec NeoPower 480.
how did you set up the P180? location of HDs etc.
I optioned to use the upper HDD cage as that has an optional 120mm fan bracket directly in front of it. I routed some cable behind the upper HDD cage to "hide" to hide part of the cable mess. If there is specific you want to know about how I setup the P180, please post your question and I'll try to answer.
I must say that I am happy with the Antec P180 thus far in terms of noise level and temperatures.
Good luck with your replacement P180.

The starter of the thread did a clean job with his cables, but took out the 120mmx38mm case fan from the lower chamber in front of the power supply.
