Looking for good DVD reader

I get a lot of DVDs from the library and rentals so the tend to be scratched. So I'm looking for a DVD burner that is also a good DVD reader. And it neds to be SATA not IDE.

I've been pretty happy with the DVD writers from LG and Lite-On. If you can still find a Sony Optiarc drive, those are good too.
