Plextools vs. PlextorManager for PX-W4012TA (40x-12x-40)

I just read the review of the Plextor from CDfreaks.com and the Plextools sounds great. I looked at their web site and found out that the Plextools is shipped with units in Europe and PlextorManager2000 is shipped in the US.

It already sucks that the US version uses Roxio instead of Nero.

It seems like Plextor Manager has less features than Plextools. Can anyone more knowledeable shed some light on the subject? After reading the review on CDfreaks I was ready to run out and buy one.

If the Plextor Manager tools are less featured because of the damn DMCA, I will be pissed.
