PartitionMagic 8.0 Problem HELP

hi
i am using PartitionMagic 8.0 i got my self into a problem and i have no idea what to do becuase this the first time i have partition my drive,
i tryed to make a partition and now i have got 3gb of unallocated space on my 20gb hard drive i would like to put that back into my 20gb part. its probaly a simple problem and i think i have an idea on how to fix this but i'll wait until i get some help.
and i also get a "not enough memory " error when i try to create a partition
I have a LG GCE-8520B 52/24/52
and Samsung CD-ROM SC-148T

If you originally had a 20Gb drive and you now have 3GB unallocated then if you start up the Partition Magic program it should be listing your drive as 17Gigabyte formatted and 3gb unallocated.
You would therefore need to select the 17Gb drive and select "Resize"
You then follow the Wizard to resize it back to 20Gb.
It shouldnt matter if you already have an operating system on the 17gb of the drive as Partition Magic can deal with this.
It is usually recommended that you run Windows defragmenter on the drive before you carry out this operation as I believe it cleans up any bits that have got scattered about on the drive.
Defragmenter on Win 98/XP is
Start/Programs/Accesories/System Tools/Disk Defragmenter
Obviously this is a sweaty old business so make sure you back up anything important first!!!!
I don't know what the warning message about memory is about ?

Thanks for that i fixed it with your help, i got the full error message in Dos when i was removing the partition:
error 3 while executing batch
error 3 not enough memory
