Same deal exists in New York and New Jersey. Pounce on this one, folks! I expect OfficeMax to be sold out very quickly.

no one in my area knew anything about the $9.99 for 100pack memorex (no rebates and no limit) offer including OFFICEMAX themselves, i had to show them the ad that i printed from the website because they did not believe me and the register scanned the 100 pack at $39.99 but I got the $9.99 offer because i had them go check thier own webste and sure enough, they saw the deal and had to give me the 100 pack for $9.99.

If they read the store updates as they should they would have knowh about it. If the store arround you dose not know about it just bring in a print out from the web page and you can then get the deal.

taiwan white label top(cmc) and the silver label top(prodisc)

I picked up a pack of the silver toped ones according to cdspeed they are made by CMC.

A number of us bought 100 disc spindles of Maxell 40X only 650 MB (<< the only bad thing about them was that they weren't 700 MB) CD-Rs a week or so ago from Staples for $4.94 + tax, no rebate.
Apparently they had run out of the Optimum discs, so they substituted the Maxell and had a $35 instant coupon on the product page on staples.com

I suppose I have too many blank CD-Rs already (about 1000 currently),
but for less than $5 for Maxell media with no rebate I couldn't resist...

I can't wait till we get some really hot deals on DVD media, since I hardly burn CDS-Rs anymore, compared to the amount of burning I did in the not-so-distant past...
Burners only:
Pioneer DVR-115D
Pioneer DVR-111D
Plextor PX-716A TLA0304
Plextor PX-716A same TLA

LiteOn 52246S 52X CD-RW
LiteOn 52246S (another)
LiteOn 52327S 52X CD-RW
TDK 40X USB 2.0 CD-RW
TEAC CD-W540E 40X CD-RW
