Image

This is a TY burnt at 8X in my pioneer 108. First time I have used this Nero tool for a scan since I just sold my liteon and dont run windows normally.

a speed scan is kinda bumpy too. It didnt start looking bad till the 3 gb mark.

bad firmware or what??? I have about 10 more discs to scan all TY's burnt from the same batch in my 107 or my 108. Most from the 108 I have burnt at 12X.

More scans later.

Exact same ISO image burnt at 12X on the 108. Much better scans.

since Pioneer's aren't used for scanning much, it's hard to say what is good or bad for them...
Punch Cards -> Paper Tape -> Tape Drive -> 8" Floppy Diskette -> 5 1/4" Floppy Diskette -> 3 1/2" "Flippy" Diskette -> CD-R -> DVD±R -> BD-R

Above Pi levels are not possible when reporting in line with the ECMA standard.

Pioneer no good for scanning.
transfer rate test - much to forgiving.
Error test - So far not real sens has this one made.
