audio cd reading utility

A few years back there was a utility that worked with windows and let you read the true directory structure of an audio cd in windows explorer ie not just the .cda files.
Unfortunately, after getting older and few beers, I have forgotten what it was called.
Could any body tell me, is there one still available and if where can i find it.

This replacement driver for Win9x shows CD tracks as WAV files instead of CDA tracks. It allows direct DAE extraction without a conventional software interface. It is very similar in its action to the Plextor Audiofs.vxd driver. In fact, some people think it is a hacked version of the Plextor driver modified to work with burners other than Plextor.
