? MY Avtar - not displayed ?

So I checked and checked, got the size down to 5.30KB (5,437 bytes) - nothing - changed it from animated .gif to still .gif - still not displayed ???

Just edited the URL for the Avtar, link to (having problem with re-direction from hosts)

which this forum system did / does not accept - works in other forums.
