Bitsetting tool for Lite-On drives and regionfreeing tool!!!

DVD-R/W, DVD+R/RW, DVD-RAM

Got 'em! :D So has anyone tried this with FS0F? I am not very confident in FS0G with the mixed results posted on it so far. I will be able to try tonight.

Yeah, people have tried, but it obviously didn't work.

So will this bit setting program work with new firmware? I need to know because this latest firmware wont let me burn my 2.4x rws

I think we are SOL until a newer, more reliable firmware is released. :cry: Going to FS0G sounds like too high a price to pay for bit setting.

please forgive the DVD burning newb in me but can someone explain to me whay bitsetting is and why I should mess w/ it?
Lian Li V1000B housing the following:
3.0E LGA775 @ 4.1Ghz w/ 1GB of Patriot DDR2 RAM
ATi X850 XT (580/590)
Maxtor Maxline2 250GB HDD
Audigy 2 ZS w/ Creative S700s
Plextor PX-716A DVD/CD writer
Dell 2405FP 24 inches of LCD goodness.

well then, I shall take a look.

but in my defense, I VERY, VERY seldom hang out in that section therefore I wouldnt have seen your sticky.

as a matter of fact, up 'til my recent thread there, I cannot remember when was the last time I visited that section of the forum.
