Blade Runner Ultimate & Numbered

Anyone know just how limited the Ultimate Blade Runner Decker briefcase sets are? I was in a FutureShop yesterday and I see the SD version is supposed to be limited to 10,000 units, BluRay is limited to 2500, they didn't have any HD-DVD left, but I would guess it too is 2500. Anyone know if that 10,000 & 2,500 units is limited to worldwide, country, region?

Seems like it's a country thing. The US SD set seems to be limited to 103,000 units, so not that limited.
