Budget dvd-r 8x

Hi

Spotted quite a deal but not sure how good discs these are:

http://neodiscs.com/product.php?xProd=651&xSec=90

These discs have the same Manufacturer id as Taiyo Yuden. Any insight are these good discs or not?

well since they say budget right on the discs i wouldn't buy any

that and there from another country so shipping would be expensive

probably made in Hongkong... :o
Punch Cards -> Paper Tape -> Tape Drive -> 8" Floppy Diskette -> 5 1/4" Floppy Diskette -> 3 1/2" "Flippy" Diskette -> CD-R -> DVD±R -> BD-R

I wouldnt be suprised. I just checked out this German site which had Budget discs too, but they especially said that these are not Taiyo Yuden discs.

Guess its a marketing trick or something.

I spotted this quite sweet deal on the german site:

Taiyo Yuden by GIGATAIN DVD+R 4.7 GB 8x 100 discs for 40€.

Any comments about Gigatain as a manufacturer? I undestanded that TY dye should be quite good?
