C1/C2 checking utilities question

I saw some guys who know what they are talkin about in here post a few times about this c1/c2 checking utilities. I wanted to know where I could get one. Also are they free?

I am just learning and I found media that I like and I want to make sure that my stuff I burn will be good in the years to come. If someone can suggest one to me I would appreciate it. I really dont know alot about it all but I will read up and learn once I get it. I still may post a question or two though. I appreciate it in advance.

Just FYI, they can only be used on Lite-On drives, or, if you have the Premium, you can use PlexTools Pro.
