I recently purchased the CW089D Ver.12TJ and am happy with it but I have questions about it maybe someone can shed some light on.
All i find anyplace on the web including the mfrs website is the:
CW088D recorder.
No place is there any mention of the CW089D.
Is this a NEW or an updated version of the CW088D. The advertised speed on the front is: 48x/16x/48x. I even emailed cyberdrive's support to ask the difference and so far no response. On the sticker on top of the drive it says:
CIS MODEL CWA89D
the system recognizes it as : CD-R/RW CW089D CD-R/RW
i know it's a cyberdrive, and their website shows it pictured,
but calls it a CW088D.
Anyone know what gives on this thing?
and if maybe it's flashable to the CW098D (52x writes) ?
