The ones I see used incorrectly the most frequently are:
'its' and 'it's' (probably one of the trickiest IMO, since possessive pronouns usually end in 's; this is one of the only exceptions that I am aware of)
'then' and 'than'
'you're' and 'your'
'accept' and 'except'
the word 'none' used as a plural pronoun instead of singular.
'who' and 'whom'
Example of all of them used incorrectly in one, admittedly silly, sentence:
Its better to enjoy life more then most people, none of who seem to feel excepted by society, unless your in another country.
