DVD-RAM type?

Hello!

I need some DVD-RAM-media for my LG GSA 4082. I thought I need DVD-RAM 4,7GB Type 2 (without cartridge), but when I look at cdr-info.de at this type I read that Type have a cartridge. What type I need?
