My DVD lite on 812S@832s(VS0E) some times cannot read DVD movie(it play cd well) that why i decide to buy a new dvd rom for play back while keeping my lite on for burning.

now i need some suddestion which one is better in recognise media.
in my country the branch available are sony samsung aopen benq Lg and lite-0n(some time out of stock my current lite pn is a gift from my uncle i mean it's difficult to find dvd burner in my country only few brands and i don't need it just dvd rom)

any way which brand do u suggest, the reason that i cannot give the specific of each branch because of the hardware at computer shop in my country are limited ( it didnt have all kind of each brand for example if sony b is out of stock next time it may be sony a is arrive)

that is why i just u give me some idea about each brands
and also what about CDRW-DVDrom combo is it good for reading i mean for movie play back

glad to receive any suggestion

It really depends on the model more than the brand. If you want specific results of a certain model, check the Reviews section. In there you can sift through reviews, including how drives read media, and see how they stack up to one another.
