CD-DVD Speed 4.01 (Nero Speed) Limit the burning Speed?

So this little peace of software can now burn DVD Image files which is pretty good. Is there a way to limit what the burnning speed is? I found an option but all it does is change the graph scale. Can maybe Nero Burner show what speeds it used throughout the whole burn?

do you mean in Options | Standard Tests | Transfer Rate | Maximum speed DVD ?
i think what you need is Options | Standard Tests | Speed | Write speed, choose Selected instead of Maximum
