error message after installing Roxio Easy Cd&DVD Creator

After installing I get the following message: ctcatend: MO L65FP Pa3x ErrorCode=0 I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and continue to recieve this message and am not able to use the program. I tried reinstalling version 5 which I had used for several years and this did not work. I am using XP OS and tried a "restore" without success. Roxio does not answer my inquiries. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try the procedure in How to cleanly uninstall / reinstall Easy CD Creator 5 in Windows XP.

The installation files are essentially the same for EZCD 5 & 6, so this procedure should work for both programs.
