Good online sources for media & cases?

Since I am now living in the US (moved from Canuckland), I am needing some good online sources for purchasing of media (CD/DVD) and their respective cases. What sites have you found to have good pricing, reliable shipping and support if needed?

These days, I order most of my media from newegg.com. Anything else that I can't get there usually comes from Rima.com.

I order mine from supermediastore.com. Nothing against Newegg (I love Newegg, the BEST online store ever!), SuperMediaStore.com have far more media selections (brand & surface), and bundled quantity. Most packages are shipped for free. I usually order Taiyo Yuden media from them.
