I don't even know what my actual waistline is, but I can fit comfortably into a pair of 32 inch pants.

Congrats, 28 and 32s are a distant memory for me. Over the years the amount of exercise has decreased and the plate size remained the same. 38 inches today @ 250 lbs.

34 waist
36 inseam (well, for jeans, true inseam is 37")

I can remember a time when I wore 32/36 jeans, but back then I was 6'4" 165, and now I'm 197.

lol I used to be a 30-31 but I've lost weight, didn't think I could get skinnier ;)

I'm too cheap to buy new pants, but I would say I'm a 28 now. I need to start working out again and eat consistent meals.
