how to burn a 1GB single file?

what is the easiest solution to burn 1GB single file (even with winzip.)

The easiest way is to burn the file on DVD recordable disc.

WinOnCD 5 Power Edition offers you CD Data OverSpan feature, which splits the file(s) on multiple CDs (in your case on two discs).

Better and easier than WinZip is WinRAR...
