How can I backup a movie without one or two chapters?

I want to reduce the size of a dvd-9 to put it to a dvd-5 by removing one or two chapters from it, I mean, I want to backup the whole movie except for one or two chapters. Can I do it with DCD Shrink? How? If not what program do I need?

Yes, I use this prog. What I did is split the movie into 2 dvds? How can I choose not to include some chapters? I couldn't see chapters in dvd shrink anywhere...

you mean not include some of the movie?

if you want to just rip the movie, just select re-auther then drag over just the movie, then you can take out unwanted audio languages and the sort
