How to enable HTML in signatures

How to enable HTML in signatures

just as the topic states. I cant get it to let me do HTML in my signature. Is there something I am not doing right?
Pioneer dvr-108,NEC 3540,BenQ 1640,LiteOn 1693S
Intel pentium D 930 oc to 4.2 ghz
2 gb ddr2 1066 mhz ram
geforce 7600GT
sb audigy 2 zs platnum
hardware mpeg2 encoder card

HTML is turned off for signatures. You have to use BBCode

clicking on the FAQ button up there Image and looking around, i don't find a link to this page you linked...
