Hello!

It´s a good result, but not good as I would expect from TYG02. Is it branded media?

The scans from Cdfreaks have mostly quality-scores from 97-99.
Benq DW 1640 and 1650 , Plextor PX-755, Pioneer BDR-208 and 209D, LG GH24NSC0, LG BH16NS40 and 16NS55, Liteon ihas 124F and 324F, Pioneer DVR-215 and S21, Samsung SH-224DB and 224GB, and some more

It's these- http://www.rima.com/Merchant2/merchant. ... Code=DMRTY

Those are the exact ones I ordered.

I don't put too much faith in the quality scores. One PIF spike can throw everything off.

If you look at the overall picture, Rfire's results are very good.

I nkow :)

But I think a higher PIF-spike could make more problems than many low PIF-values?

The quality score is based solely on the maximum PIF value- I usually ignore it.

In this case, I'd be more worried about the cluster of PIFs around the max. at 2.2 GiB. The total count is also higher than I'd like to see.
