how do you put subtitles with a movie onto DVD-R

Hi there,
im trying to put subtitles from VobSub_2.23 onto a DVD that i want to burn a Korean film on. When i play it normally on my pc, i get the subtitles, when im going through the process of sorting everything out using NeroVision Express 2.1.2.16 and i get to the part where u can preview before u start burning, i do not see the subtitles so assume you have to add them yourself.

Can someone tell me how you add the VobSub_2.23 subtltes so that when you play it on your DVD player, you will see them on the screen.
