InCD 5

When I bought my cd-rw drive I got incd 4 with it. I want to download
incd 5 when it comes out. Will I have to pay for that or will it be
free?

you will probably have to pay for it since Nero 7 is coming and it includes InCD 5. and to upgrade from Nero 6 to 7 you have to pay.
