Latest versions of Ahead software

Postby Howard Kaikow on Mon Apr 05, 2004 1:05 pm

http://www.nero.com/us/prog_versions.php claims to list the latest versions of some Ahead software.

What about InCD 4.2, does th ecritter actually exist?

Why not list the versions of EasyWrite Reader and Multimounter?

Sigh.

Typically ops lags behind release... updating the version page is a good example.

If you want to see what the latest released version is... ftp.nero.com

ftp.nero.com does not even have an EWR.
ftp6.nero.com has an EWR.

The ftp and http sites are poorly maintained.

Your penchant for the obvious strikes again.

It's better maintained that most sites that I've come across... and I've been in the software/internet industry for quite some time.

Why not just send an email directly to ahead instead of wasting space here?

I've reported such problems to Ahead and received assurances that such problems will be fixed.

Obvilously, there are internal management/personnellissues within Ahead.
