Newbie here needing help.
I purchased a model cxr-2x40b external cd burner. I am running windows 98.
The burner is recognized as being here, but I keep getting prompted for a driver. The software that came with the burner is Roxio Easy CD Creator Basic. I've tried downloading updates from Roxio, no luck, I have searched and searched and still cannot find a driver for this burner.
From reading these forums I've come to the conclusion Lite-on has renamed their burners and I have been unable to figure out which driver will work on this unit.
Can anyone help??
