If speed is the most important thing, then the LiteON 811s, if quality is the most important thing, then the Pioneer A06, if price is the most important thing, then the LG 4040B (probably the cheapeast). All of them are fairly good quality.

Caveats: The LG has been known to not burn at 4x on some media, but maybe for good reason!
