Cheaper to buy a external enclosure and dump a drive in it.
I just picked up a Coolmax CD-510 enclosure from Newegg to dump my DRU 510A in.
Drive itself, I'd go for a Sony 500/510, LiteOn 400D or a Pioneer AVR-05 and plop it in.
