Looking for a patch for Sim Theme Park?

OK, I've been trying to find a patch for this stupid game (it's for a friend who doesn't have 'net access. Me...no killing/explosions=no playing ).
The game is not even listed on Maxis' web site, and google hasn't been much help (except for the Mac versions ).

So...does anyone HAVE the patch on the HD? Or a *working* link to the latest on the web?

Thanks in advance...they bug me about this thing everytime I see them...and it's getting hard to avoid them

Found it typing in simthemepark.com redirected me here to what apearsd to be the official site with the latest patch.
