Hi guys

Just go the Lite On 52X burner today and I just wonder which brand of bland CD is certified as 52X or it is compatable to burn at 52X using Nero with my Lite On 52X burner.

Please kindly advise.

Buy Taiyo Yuden rated at 48x and they should be compatible with your 52x drive. Fuji and Memorex both carry Taiyo Yuden disc, just look for Made in Japan on the label.

Here's a helpful thread on how to identify who makes which media.

TY really makes reliable CDR's. Even if you burn them at 48x and not at 52x, I think you will only lose a few seconds from the burn speed.

Verbatim 48x Super Azo (DataLifePlus) burn fine @ 52x.
So do the 48x Fuji's.

I have the same drive.
