Pioneer DVR-106D OEM! Nice! I don't think I'd like the black/white combination...

No Pioneer drives yet, but plenty of other dual dvd writers.

I hope it's not like their media... Crap... Although beautiful, i wouldn't spend a dim on it...

black/white combination doesnt look nice i think. and yeah, obviously based (or even rebadged) Pioneer DVR-106D. they just added their logo on the tray.

HUH???

In my experience Pioneer DVD-R media is the finest DVD write-once media money can buy, either DVD-R or +R format.

It's damned expensive as well, mind.

EDIT: or do you mean the Memorex media? I'd agree there, but with a Pioneer unit the CMC discs aren't too bad. It's the "+R with added DVD-R compatibility" drives like NEC and Sony which have difficulty with this (and other) media.

That's right... I was talking abaut Memorex media... The Pioneer... ahhh the pioneer.. Music to my hears, although i don't own one i sure wish i wad one... Also wish the A06 could write 4x on all type od DVD formats...
