memory question

need to know what should i set my timings to

sdram active prechare delay to?
sdram Ras to Cas delay to?
sdram ras precharge delay to?
sdram cas latency to i only have 2T 2.5T and 3T and auto under my bios
current timing

3
3
3T
my memory supports Cas Latency: 2-3-3-6 T1
so should i set it to
2
3
3
3T?
or should it be
6
3
3
2T?

Also check your memory's voltage settings. When running at these speeds, some require higher than normal voltage.

hmm seems that my system won't run at those speeds
windows won't boot
my current settings
cpu external freq 200 mhz * cpu multiple 11.5x
mem settings
8
3
3
3T
mem volt 2.6v
cpu vcoresetting 1.650v

when i up the mem to
6
3
3
2t
and up the ddr reference vot to 2.8v
the system won't boot
should i up my cpu vcore setting?
and lower my cpu multiple setting?

it runs fine at 2.5 3 3 6 oh well ill keep it at that

That should be fine. The performance difference between 2T and 2.5T would be minimal, if anything.
