New FW BSLB for Benq DW 1640

Release Reasons:

1. Modified the strategy of SolidBurn for DVD-R media.
2. Modified the writing strategy for 8x DVD+RW media.

There ya go, gotta try it myself and see if it fixes all the solid burn bugs :)
