It's been a year or two since I built my last computer and the one I use for gaming, etc. is showing its age. With that in mind, I figured its time to build a new one. Here are some of my requirements:

i have a problem. something is wrong with the cpu, i guess.

when i switch it on, it makes sound weird sounds...dut dut dut dut.
the1st screen didnt finish load.
it appeared to be keyboard error.

my question is that does keyboard can affect the operating system? it sounds illogical to me, but correct me if im wrong.

besides that i suspect some of teh components inside was missing or broken as my sis took ...

My motherboard is an Asus A8NE-FM. The CPU is an AMD X2 4200.
I notice there are loads of board makers who make progs that will tell you temp etc and also make it a doddle to overclock.
I'm not that bothered about O/C-ing, but it would be nice if Asus made the effort that the likes of Gigabyte etc have no problem with doing. ...

My new Motherboard (Asus A7V880 w/ Barton 3200+ (200MHz), VIA KT880, Socket A) doesnt really work good w/ my old Infineon 3rd DIMMs, So I need new memory.
