How legal are smartcards that sold on e-bay?

I currently have my HDD as primary master, DVD-ROM as secondary master & CD-RW as secondary slave. I bought yesterday a DVD-RW (LG-4163), and I was wondering where exactly should I install it.. One thought is to have the CD-RW as primary slave along with the HDD, and DVD-RW & DVD-ROM in secondary channel(primary & slave). I don't know if I have 40 Pin or 80 Pin cables on my drives. I assume they are 80 Pin (they say ATA 100/133 on them and they are shielded and thick, but is there any way to know for sure? Can Win-doze tell me?

Hello. Can anyone suggest a standalone player (that can work without computer) that plays straming internet radio? Analog output quality is most important for me here - don't want to buy a separate DAC!
