News of Nero (Formerly Ahead Software)

Hey all

I've been using Nero for years, and I liked it, until I got vista... there are so many things Nero seems to break on Vista, for one my control panel wont open after I install it, not to mention all the Vista Perceived types, quite a hazzle to fix that one :S

So I'm looking for something new, and as I was happy with Nero, I don't really looked around for anything else, ...

Have several projects in Nero's Vision Ex and had to move the photo folders which were associated with the projects.
Going between 2 different drives i can't remember their exact original location anymore. So that when I open up a project it cannot find the photos to load.
Is there a way to tell it to do a different search for them ?

As usual, Nero hasn't posted any release notes so I have no idea what has been changed or new.

I just upgraded to Nero 8 and when I open my old compilations from Nero 5, all the track numbers have asterisks next to them - what does this mean?

In Nero, is there a way to get the Artist name to appear in the compilation window? By default, it only gives you Track, Title, Duration, Pause, and Filters. The reason I'm asking is because when you print out the compliation track listing, it only shows the title and not the artist, which is very inconvenient if you have a lot of various artists compilations.
