i have been seperating tracts from an lp.i then edit the tunes name it and save it to my desk top.when i then try to make
a cd i find songs that i know i saved seen to dissappear.i use the nero express and as im compiling the songs i noticed th-
ese song were gone...why would this happen?

I'm trying to burn an audio CD of AIFF files. I looked in my Common Files\Nero\AudioPlugins folder and I see that I have an AIFF codec but I keep getting a message that says,"It may be possible, that the files can be added, if a dedicated plug-in is installed."

I can easily solve the problem by using dBPowerAmp to convert AIFF to WAV, but I just want to know why, if I already have a ...

I write multi-track project in Nero Sound Trax. The first track is recorded correctly. When I record a second track, I certainly hear the first and guidance on it. But then, when I listen to both tracks together, it turns out that the second track is late. Why and how this can be avoided?

when i try to copy a dvd using nero 7 esssentials, it gets 3/4 of the way through then aborts with error lba 1647264,could anybody explain what is the problem. i have made sure the disc is clean and there are no deep scratches.t :cry:

author them using Nero vision. I had done that before without any authoring using Nero 6 (vision 3) and the quality was

excellent. Wanted to do a second one which is better with transition effects when one movie scene blends into another.

I have Nero 6 :oops: , a Toshiba-Samsung SH-S223Q, and winXP.

Nero puts the red and yellow markers at the (presumably) dual-layer limits even when I start the program with a single-layer DVD-R in the drive. (I haven't tried dual-layer discs yet; still waiting for the prices to come down.)

What do I need to do to display the markers at the single-layer limit with this drive? ...

For some reason the latest version of Nero Infotool (v5.3.3.0) keeps freezing up on me (gets stuck forever at "retreiving information").
4.3.0.3 still works (the most recent "old" version I could find in my archive).

Anyone know what could be causing this error and does v5 actually add something to the mix?
Though I've stopped using Nero since good old v6, I rather like the toolkit (Infotool & CD Speed) for quick drive&media checks.

Since I installed Nero9 none of the DiscSpeed or older CDSpeed versions from 3.x to 5.2.7.0 will detect my drives that are connected via USB but ATA drives are fine. All the other Nero utilities and applications detect and use the USB drives no problem. Also every other burning app or utility I have can detect and use the USB drives no problem.

The USB drives are in 2 different enclosures and one drive is ...

i am trying to use nero 8 recode, but in the destination it only give me two choices of hard drive or image recorder, why will it not show my dvd drive?
