Descent is a video game. There are three series. They may be making a fourth series depending on how this vote goes. The Descent community is a tight knit community of about 60 to 100 people. We need your help. The basis of Descent is a cross between a first person shooter and a fligth sim. You are a ship with primaries (lasers, projection weapons, etc) and secondaries (missles, rockers, etc) You have six degrees of freedom (up, down, left, right, forward, backward). The game is designed w/ no gravity (not cheesy like % 9. The reason why most ppl havent heard of Descent is becaus the companies that made it (Violition, Paralax, Interplay, Outrage Studios) didnt do a good job of marketing it. It is a very good game, and all i am asking is if you could spare a few killobytes and vote for it a Interplay's website.
