Plextor 708A Problems

I just installed my new Plextor 708A and it works fine with Nero & Windows (reading), but it's not seen by Plextools, CDVDinfo & ISObuster.
It's configured in BIOS and I have Nforce2 Asus MB.
Does someone have the same problem? What can I do?

FIrst suggestion would be to look for software updates.
