Plextor 716A New Beta Firmware 1j04

Plextor japan has posted a new beta firmware for Px 716. They promised a new firmware and here it is. Too bad that it's not the final one but let's just hope that now they got it righ when it comes to 16x writing speeds.

Ohhh, seems that Securerecording, Gigarec and Varirec are still turned off with this update.

This probably means that the final 1.04 firmware won't be released in mid January. #-o

No kidding. That's why I said that. If they released another beta, the final isn't ready yet.
