You know our situation with Pioneer. :roll: However, I do have an A07 based drive here. I'd really like to get some 8x DVD-R media before posting a review though. It kinda defeats the purpose without it.

If you care to know: I'm reviewing it right now, in contact with Pioneer regarding some issues I have with the drive, so I can't promise a date for the review to be finished.

But sunday 15.02.2004 is the earlist date it may be finished I think.....

A memorex probably ;)

Could be a TEAC as well but the memorex is more likely...

I'm more interested in the new juicy firmware being worked on... :D

I too am wanting to see some new firmware more that I care about a review.I like my a07 in the fact that it has burnt everything that the a06 did without a hitch but I would like to see some overclocking of media.
