Liteon 165HD?

Liteon 165HD?

Hi,

I have one of these Liteon 165H DVD roms. Its ok when its reading DVDs but when its reading CDs its really noisey.

My question is, is there a tool available to reduce the speed when its reading CDs. I think its 52x cd CDs, can I somehow drop it to say 40x?
