New firmware 1.06 for Plextor PX-W4012TA

PX-W4012TA V1.06 (1 April 2004)
Fixed Bugs:
A Write Error may be generated when additional tracks are burned in TAO without ejecting the media.
Added:
A few minor bug fixes.
